Great location right near downtown and in barrio Cuba. Can walk to parque de las Palapas easily. A very quiet street for Cancun/most of Mexico as well! We slept well, and there was a TV in the room.

The room is small and simple but overall comfy, with air conditioning. It is very close to the ADO station. I didn't meet the host but she was available and helped me with the check out. Great value for money

Basic room with everything we needed. The air-conditioning was fantastic. The fridge was great to have too. Nice shower with good water pressure. Quiet. Safe residential location. Close to ADO bus station (the taco van outside the station is excellent).

Absolutely fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station but on a nice quiet street. The bed is very comfy and the air conditioning works brilliantly. The self check in process was really easy with very detailed instructions. Great value for money!

This location was in Downtown Cancun which meant it was quieter than the main strip which is what I liked It took about 15 minutes to get to the strip on the R1 bus which cost less than 50 pesos and was 24 hours There was a Coffee Machine and a fridge. Although the Coffee machine didn't have any coffee with it you could use it to boil your own water and get coffee schats from the Oxxo shop 2 minutes walk. Also someone mentioned that they didn't have cups/forks etc. but if you go into the reception area downstairs they have all those things that you can take to the room. Also try the Mango burger at Church chicken very nice! Also right next to the bus station so if you are travelling round Mexico very convienent
