The apartment is bright new, well equipped (except furnitures in the balconies)and its location is great right on the beach, BUT its above (3rd floor) of a beach bar which starts loud music early in the morning (around 09:00) and stops by 20:00.
The music is so loud that you have to wake up early and impossible to sit at the balcony IF YOU DO NOT LOVE LOUD DANCE MUSIC. The common pool on the terrace is great and not so busy.
The owner is very helpful and ready to fulfil your requisitions ( in our case, provided 3 electr. keys for the aptmnt and send us only 2 chairs and a table for the balcony after 3-4 days)
El apartamento es una pasada y la piscina del atico increibel. Todo limpisimo y no falta detalle.
Este departamento es de lo mejor de la ciudad. Pude encontrarlo a buen precio, y no tiene desperdicio. Esta frente a la playa. He venido muchas veces a playa del carmen y este ha sido el mejor hospedaje en el que he estado.
