Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

A damage deposit of MXN 8000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. By disposition of the Municipality of Bacalar Quintana Roo, the Environmental Sanitation Fee must be paid; $30 MXN for each night of stay, which must be paid at the time of check-in. Please note that we ask for your passport as a guarantee, and we will return it to you on the day of check out.
