The location, the friendly service and the food. The views of the lake landscape were also nice

The room was gorgeous, with a great view. The restaurant, cocktails, and service were outstanding and beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. We absolutely loved our stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The hotel was a one minute walk on a sandy path to the beach and ocean on the more private side of the beach. There was only one property four doors down the hotel on the same street that had loud music at night, yet not extremely audible from my hotel room. The room was clean and well stocked. There were lots of hooks, a rack, and bench for my things. There was a large shower/bathroom with hot water and good water pressure all day! I’d return to this hotel because the staff treated me with respect and kindness. I hope that hotel owners/businesses work with residents in preventing El Cuyo from becoming another Holbox or Tulum.

The food is really good, you don't want to go out cause is affordable and really god and there's no many options outside except from Zapote Retaurant
