Good location, nice small property with just a few other guests, and very attentive staff. They allow guests to access facilities with sister property next door which is nice and useful as that is whee the main pool and Restaurant are located.
Location perfect. We lived at Aurora hotel. The receptionist asked us if we wanted to live there. The breakfast is in this hotel even if you live at Casa Hipil. It is just around the corner.
Staff is very friendly. Breakfast area is on the rooftop. Good food.
Room was clean. The hotel is a historical one. Loved it so much. 7 minutes walking to everything.
The staff was amazing. He created us well, made us feel welcomed, and provided us with recommendations. Make everything run smooth, from parking to access to the refrigerator. I would recommend to anyone stopping by Valladolid!
Location is great, short walk to centre and everywhere is walkable. Had a communal kitchen to cook in. Staff very friendly withs secure parking nearby
We had a room overlooking the pool and it was lovely.
