The Hotel Carrillos has a great location near the ADO bus station. There are two large supermarkets nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry. There are plenty of restaurants and smaller shops in the area. I was in Cancun during the rainy season, and the hotel wasn't busy, so it was very quiet. So I can't comment on how thin the walls are. The room was cleaned daily, and I had plenty of space. Some reviews say there's no internet, but during my stay, it worked without a hitch. Another thing to note is that there's a nightclub next door. When they play music, you can definitely hear it. I found the area to be very safe. It's downtown Cancun with the bus station. They make sure nothing happens there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. Its central location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommended!
