I was extremely happy they could accommodate an early check-in without any extra costs. The bed was comfy and the staff was helpful.

Very clean, helpful staff, close proximity to airport and Mayan Train station

The airport is nearby. The hotel is very clean, the staff is kind and friendly. Good size room, very clean. You can walk from the hotel to the waterfront. Many nearby restaurants and a town market to eat traditional food.

The hotel was in a good location for my needs - closer to the airport and close to some really good restaurants (Ambar, Almina). The room was well maintained and kept very clean during my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept very well there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have any issues communicating with them in English. Free parking in the courtyard area was very convenient and I was glad to know that my rental car was not parked out on the streets.

It was super cheap, convenient, comfortable, great value, and super clean. Excellent value for money especially for when you’re traveling between cities/districts. Highly recommend and would stay again.
