Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Please note that 100% of the first night of the reservation must be paid in advance. Hotel El Punto will contact you directly after booking to arrange the payment by bank transfer. This prepayment should be issued no later than 3 days after the hotel contacts you with the payment information.
