This is my fifth or sixth stay. The staff is always stellar, no matter how late I arrive. I am mobility impaired, and they serve the breakfast upstairs. The staff always retrieves my breakfast for me. Also, they are constantly cleaning.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, food, and the Malacon.

Not breakfast, just complimentary snack. But it was fine.
The lady serving was a little rude, but overall it was good
The location is AWAY from the loud nightclub area and fairly easy to find. The most important part of my many stays at this hotel is the STAFF! They are very friendly and helpful and very much want you to be happy. I am mobility impaired, and they did everything they could to help me with my belongings, and the next morning someone went upstairs for me to grab me a little breakfast. The breakfast isn't much, but it's better than an empty stomach. The staff is constantly cleaning and keeping busy, yet always ready to help with a friendly smile. This was my fifth stay at this hotel.
Everything was around not too far,& also it’s on a Main Street so it’s a safe area def recommend,& lastly the is someone watching the cars parked as well.
