Great location (very easy to go out and enjoy the town) , easy access, the views of the restaurant are awesome. Elevator was great for the elderly people.

Very clean and staff was polite and friendly. They don’t speak English so be aware of that

The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, Milo was delicious (not included). The rooftop seemed to be the highest rooftop in the center of town, which is a plus. The furnishings are classic and comfortable. Bathroom generously sized and well-stocked. Immediate hot water. We enjoyed falling asleep to a movie. The location is right at the center square. The music from the neighboring rooftop might keep you up on the weekends, but that doesn't bother me I fall asleep with anything. The parking is 2 blocks away, but included in the price. I found the price to be more affordable than hotels of seemingly similar standards nearby.

The hotel was lovely, the location was perfect and the staff were professional and attentive.

It was just a lovely stay. The staff were super helpful - there were a couple staff who spoke English, and we used Google translate a lot. It was literally steps away from the main square which is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant menu was in Spanish and English which was super helpful. It's a little pricier than other hotels in town, but so worth it. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.
