I loved and enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tepeyac. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. One of my family members had bronchitis and had difficulty walking. They gave us a room on the first floor, they provided us with a heater and a coffee maker that we used to warm her water. Additionally, we loved the location of the hotel as there were a lot of restaurants around it and the food was really good. Also, the colors of the hotel were amazing, not to mention the plants, it really showed the Chiapas culture.

No breakfast but lots of cafes close by. The staff was super helpful and the location on the main street as handy as it gets.
The location was on the main street, a lot of stuff to do, the staff was really good and polite. good vibes and comfortable beds, wifi is good, and the rooms was clean.
