EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
ZenHotels was incorrect with hotel name. I booked Hotel Ccaret Mexico through thr app. Turns out they booked me at Hotel Xcaret Arte (which ended up being the best) which was obviously not correct. Other than that, everything turned out amazing
Beyond all expectations of an all inclusive resort destination! I am blown away by my families experience here!! We went for 10 days and every day was another amazing adventure. The staff is so kind and hard working, their response to my thank yous were “its my pleasure” … honestly unbelievable experience in every way! Rooms are up to date, clean and very well laid out with a view from any location.
