staff was super accommodating. they were ready to help 24/7. location is great . Connected to the mall, so you can get coffee and food anytime.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area surrounded and next to a shopping mall with a pharmacy and restaurants. The food was amazing and authentic. The staff was very nice.

The staff is the biggest asset for this hotel - from Sergio at the front door, who was super friendly and went out of his way to help, to the help desk to everyone in the restaurant! The location is in a safe neighborhood. The hotel is attached to a mall and is a 15 minute walk to Ave Reforma The restaurant serves delicious food and I can't say enough good things about the waiters and the head waiter We were in the King Room earlier which was not very well lit, was dated and did not get a good wifi signal. Upon requesting, we were moved to a twin bed room which was modern and had great wifi

The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, the cleaning ladies were welcoming, super helpful and friendly. The rooms are large. We were originally in a king sized room which was quite dated but then they moved us to a modern and lovely room. The restaurant served incredibly food
