Proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff.

Could have stayed another night at this peaceful and beautiful oasis. A hidden gem tucked away on the road to the beach. I travelled with my family and small dog and we were taken in by all of the details, the staff, and the messaging. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool refreshing. It was a last minute reservation which definitely exceeded our expectations! We will be back!

The staff were excellent and so helpful. The room was pleasant. Had most of what I needed had a sense of peacefulness, some street noise

I arrived 2 hours early. I sustained an injury one day prior and showed up in not great shape. They allowed us to check in early so I could lay down. They provided an ice pack day and night, directed my husband to a farmacia, offered advice and translation to see a doctor ( we declined). Even in the middle of the night they got the ice pack in and out of their freezer. The room was very clean and nice. (But no fridge) quiet. I did not leave the room except to retrieve ice. So I do not know about facilities. The coffee my husband brought me from the breakfast was good. They get a 10 because of their exceptionally helpful staff and willingness to help my husband take care of me. We have traveled extensively in USA. I can't think of a hotel stay where the staff wouldv'e been so caring. And especially now, given the current "every man for himself" environment in the USA.

Location was perfect for biking to beaches, maya ruins and town. Excellent and helpful staff. Good breakfast and warm, classy ambience.
