Location, the staff, the yoga, and the beach club!

Amazing in all ways. I debated nearby properties for a LONG time. Let me save you time-- book with Lula. Great rooms, great beach set up, attentive staff (but not intrusive!) the best views from the restaurant (unlike anywhere nearby), and close to whatever else you could want. Highly recommend tequila/mezcal tastings and taco Thursday at the La Zebra (sister hotel) next door as well. Also for us, the Jungle Suit at the back of the property was perfect and better than the beach bungalows. More private, close to the pool, quiet, and a 1 min walk across the road to the buzz of the beach.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Lula Tulum allows you to experience living in a beach house, and we loved the outdoor gym on the beach.

The property is furnished very well. The yoga studio has a beautiful view.

Room was perfect. Had a pool right next to room 14. Clean. Air conditioning worked. Hot water. The place was great
