The staff members were nice, I had no problem getting my room
They are so nice, kind and everything is clean. The location is great.
Comfortable size room and great central location. Great staff and very accommodating.
The location is fantastic. The view from the rooftop is incredible with views of the Popo volcano and the churches. Hotel is wheelchair accessible with a ramp up into the lobby and an elevator. I appreciated that there were 2 complimentary bottles of water delivered to the room every day. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The building itself is beautiful and has a great view of the pyramid and the volcano,
