Everything, room was clean, ample and new. Location was great, close to amazing taco place and a super market. The pool was lovely, it had an area with sand near the pool, which my 4 year old loved. Room service was great, fair warning, the portions are Huge but the prices are reasonable. It also has the beach club service, which we fully took advantage as we spent the day there and even ate fresh fish, food was delicious. We will go back, my recommendation is DO NOT take the All inclusive package as Acapulco has a lot of places you can eat well.

WE LIKE THE ROOM, WE LIKED IT IS CLEAN, SERVICE IS GOOD AND EXPEDITE. THEY CLEAN THE ROOM EARLY AND ALWAYS GOT A FAST RESPONSE. THE BELL BOY SERVICE ATTENTIVE. WE LIKED THE POOLS AND JACUZZI.
