Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Fees
The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
- Fee for in-room wireless Internet: USD 25 (for 2 hours, rates may vary)
- Fee for wireless Internet in public areas: USD 10.00 per 24-hour period (rates may vary)
- Late check-in fee for check-in between 10:30 PM and 10:30 PM (amount varies)
- Late check-out fee: USD 100 (subject to availability)
- Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 10.0 per night
