Beautiful room, great location, and staff amazing. Spacious room, with AC and located just a few blocks from the Chapala boardwalk (walking distance).

The room was spacious and clean there was a small balcony looking onto a garden area.

Delicious breakfast included. Can walk to the lake and very close to many restaurants and cafes. Town’s main square is across the street. Bus stop is within feet, taxi zone across the street. Very convenient location

I had a problem the first night. My bed was too soft and I had back pain. I told the Manager and he moved me to a much better bedroom and bed. The hotel is off the main street of Lake Chapala. It was also right near the walkway next to the lake. There were a number of restaurants nearby. I say this because when in the Hotel it was totally quiet. And I'm someone who needs a quiet room to be able to sleep. I had no problems. The breakfast was included and there were a few choices. I always had the same thing and it was always very well cooked and there was a willingness to make a few changes. As an aside - the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to stay there again if I returned.
