Staff was super friendly and accommodating and was understanding of our large group.
The hosts Fernanda & Ingrid and front desk Sara & Berenice are extremely nice and helpful people. Stayed there 3 times, each time they were super welcoming, always smiling and helping out with everything! Great location close to nice restaurants & bars, very safe area, clean and comfy place. They also have laundry which is a big advantage. Very good value for money, definitely would return.
It is a great location, with many cool cafes, restaurants, vintage stores, boutiques., etc. Very walkable with lots of shaded pathways and parks. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and it was great to have Netflix. We had the penthouse, and loved that we had our own private rooftop patio.
The place feels very safe and convenient. It is clean and comfortable. But the sound of the air conditioner is a little bit loud. Other than that, perfect.
I liked how easy it was to get in and out! Great location! I do wish the room was a little bigger and it was a king bed
