This hotel is an amazing find. It was everything we wanted and more!
The room is large and seemed freshly renovated (powerful AC, TV, reliable bathroom). The amenities are great, especially the pool and swim up bar, as well as the restaurant that provided many tasty options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff is amazing and helpful. The location is perfect, at the end of a long strip of hotels so you get less traffic and it feels less touristy. Town center is just 15 minutes away. The bioluminescence tour they arranged for us was fun. Would 100% recommend and go back!
It is a beautiful property on what might be the most idyllic slice of beach on Holbox.
This was our 4th stay at Caracol, and it’s always great. Fantastic property for those with kids when on the island. We’ll be back!
It’s a very intimate hotel beautifully appointed. The restaurant is excellent, the location is perfect and there are plenty of amenities. The guest to staff ratio makes you feel always well attended.
Beautiful property on a quiet part of the beach. You never had to leave!
