I loved my deck with a hammock, a pool in the resort, and another one close to the beach was very nice. The beach itself was very clean and super beautiful, only 2 min walk from my room. Meals are buffet style with tons to choose from, and staff are always ready to help.

I'd already stayed at Palapas which is a sister hotel, just next door, and had expected this hotel not to be quite so nice but my room was a Junior Suite and was amazing. The breakfast wasn't so quite so good and the dinning area and pool not as fab, but I thought the quality of the room was fantastic. I was first floor with a balcony. the bathroom appeared to be brand new, and there was a separate loo which is always nice. It was a huge room just for myself. The staff in the restaurant were equally as nice as the sister hotel, and the reception staff were more pleasant.

The entire experience was amazing. The resort has beautiful design, gardens and a very quaint intimate feel. Our love for the close beach and ease of getting to everything necessary was welcomed. We used the bikes every day, and thoroughly enjoyed discovering the town. The only downside, was a bit of issue with water regulation in the shower as the temp was very difficult to control. Our room was very well renovated and lovely. A bit more storage, and hooks for towels and such would be appreciated, but we loved the clean minimalist feel. The hammock on the deck was the final straw of relaxation and wonderful to sway with the ocean breeze.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very responsive. The location is perfect.
