The staff at the front desk were delightful as well as the restaurant staff. The location was great for the beach and restaurants
The hotel had an authentic feel and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and I appreciated having a balcony. The restaurant below was one of the best breakfast places in town.
Arrived hot and sweaty and was offered a warm welcome and a glass of cold water by the restaurant staff. Monica, the hotel manager, was absolutely delightful and welcoming. She speaks good English, but allowed me to practice my not-so-good Spanish. Room was great - very comfortable. Location was quiet but close to Sta Cruz beach and amenities. We had a delicious breakfast there one morning.
The personal is very friendly. The room was clean and equipped with air-conditioning. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.
