The hotel was beautiful. I loved the breakfast it was delicious. The cafe was amazing as you can get food 24/7.

Gorgeous building in the heart of historic district. Comfy beds and thoughtful amenities. Beautiful decor. The restaurant has a great view of Zocolo. Surprisingly quiet despite location. Loved it!

I like that snacks and water were included in our stay. The breakfast was good too. The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive. I had the chance to interact with Reina (housekeeper supervisor) and she made my stay extra special. I would love to stay here again when I visit CDMX.

I had a wonderful experience at this property during my aunt's birthday, and it was our first trip to Mexico City. Eduardo- Front Desk, Antonio- Bellman, Licely-Concierge, Nancy-GM, and the rest of the team made our stay truly special. The room was immaculate; I highly recommend the junior suite with a cathedral view, which offered excellent amenities. It was comfortable to have the space to see the sunrise from the room and see the city vibes from our room window. The inclusion of Cafe Central was a nice touch, providing a quick snack and a comfortable seating area after a long day. The free morning tour at 9 AM was a fantastic way to learn about the city's history. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, offering a beautiful view of the Zocalo. We particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs with toast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We will return to this property for our next visit to this enchanting city! Thank you all!

Zocalo Central was AMAZING! Beautiful building and decor along with the staff! Had a great experience and the location was perfect for our trip. The amenities included with the stay was unbelievable. Shout out to ROSA our cleaning lady!! I’ve never stayed somewhere where it was cleaned so quickly and did such a great job each time. I hope she is praised for her work!
