The location, closer to the mall and the rooms were clean

Struggled with the pick up of keys as it was not clearly communicated that they Keys is actually at an Estate Agent with a completely diferent name than the E7 waterfront property. If the owner or whoever is responsible can make that clear to all respective Clients it will help the process better.
