This hotel is excellent! I was greeted with a welcome drink, cookies, and a room upgrade upon my arrival. The room was fantastic, super clean, and very spacious. The staff was superb. They were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling and saying hello. The location was excellent and within walking distance of a lot of the major sites. I highly recommend this hotel!

An amazing place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you - from the staff at reception, the staff in the restaurant, the cleaning staff and the pick up and drop off at the airport. We had a fantastic time with Raj our guide - full day jeep safari, river canoe and walk. Raj is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Aikawa and hiring Raj as your guide.

Beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff. Our group loved the safari jeep, walk, and canoe tours led by Raj, who is very knowledgeable. Milan was so friendly and had wonderful stories. We loved the restaurant, the rooms, and the spa. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful, great breakfast, comfortable room, excellent staff and fabulous location. Airport pick up and drop off. A 1.5 km walk to the river side and enjoyed several safaris that were booked at the front desk with competitive prices and guide included. The man to see is Milan who is the front desk manager, a gem of a person! He has went over and beyond the call of duty for us during a 5 night stay. Caring and attentive to all our needs.

The staff was extraordinary. Milan, the front desk manager was a wonderful host. His entire team like Iron and others, did a brilliant job to make our stay a wonderful experience. The team did not leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were well fed and rested, as we were out in the forest, everyday. Raj, the naturalist, is a gem. He made sure that our trips into the forest were bespoke experiences, based on our interests. He was amazing. The food and the chef at Aikawa are extraordinary
