The hotel staff provided exceptional service, displaying remarkable friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced our experience. We are deeply grateful for their hospitality.
The staff here are exceptional! So kind and helpful. We had a nice large comfortable room. This place is close to the airport and you could walk easily or grab a quick taxi. Also an easy taxi ride into Thamel.
Overall, very happy with this hotel and the staff. Meals were good. Rooms and bathroom clean and comfortable. Great customer service.
The hotel itself was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. But the staff is what made my stay incredible. Nice, helpful, and able to anticipate needs. I really can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Thank you! :)
