The apartment is as described and is in the best location in Kathmandu. Everything you need is walking distance, however, taxis are standing by just outside the entrance. Washer works great and it is convenient to be able to cook and sit on the balcony with a coffee in the morning.

Everything at the apt was good. It's comfortable, and has a heater for winter. The kitchenette was fine and we could use the washing machine for free. The bed was comfy. Location is convenient.
I have to thank the host though, he came to bring me bottled water and medicine when I got food poisoning and was alone. I'm grateful for his help. My bf arrived 3 days later.
The location is fantastic
The building is new, beautiful and clean.
The apartment itself was perfect, very clean and homely in a classic building. Facilities included hot shower (not something you can expect everywhere in Nepal) a washing machine, a well equipped kitchen and reliable internet. Bed was very comfortable. So glad I chose this cozy apartment. Great location.
