The ambience is exceptional, I loved it! Staff are super friendly which made my stay wonderful. Excellent location!! Ignore complaints about noise written in other reviews: there is noise but it is centrally located. With windows closed all is fine. I had my windows wide open and as I go to bed after midnight the street noise was not a problem. If you want to go to bed at 10pm with windows open, then yes, you do need ear pluggs but, if you want peace just choose a hotel that is not so central.
Great staff. While we had some difficulty initially finding the exact location of the hotel, once we did , we were pleased with the assistance of the staff. As we arrived late, they waited for us to arrive, and were very helpful during our stay.
We were able to walk to the city sites and restaurants easily.

The receptionist was really kind. And in general the vibe was really pleasant.
The property has a laid back vibe, but offers the comfort of a hotel. Great value for money considering average prices in the city centres of the Dutch cities. The room was spotless, there was a coffee machine, earplugs and some sound proofing solutions.
