Italo has a wealth of information and so on point with everything - available activities, free amenities, transportation, best food, it goes on. The free breakfast was delicious, personal fan and plugs near all the beds, and two places you can lock your stuff - a small compartment next to your bed and a larger locker near the work area. The work area has a ton of chairs and plugs so no one is overcrowded, plus the hammocks are available. It’s windy and cool off out in the main area at night. Also, I liked that there was a female only dormitory! There’s plenty of showers/bathrooms around so no need to wait at all.

The location of this hostel is great, just steps away from the main square! The staff are all really kind and helpful as well, and I found the wifi pretty good and the hammocks comfy to hang out in!

It was the best option I could have chosen, I found exactly what I was looking for, a comfortable bed, and a very chill and relaxing hostel. I highlight the cleanliness of the place and the good and varied breakfasts they serve. I booked 3 nights and in the end I stayed 5. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The location is perfect! The hostel has a laid back vibe, with some hammocks, a cute backyard and enough common areas. The rooms/ beds are well equipped with fans and plug sockets, as well as the kitchen. The staff members at Don Gato are really nice - especially Italo from reception. He knows all the secret spots in Granada for the best food.

Each bed had their own fan which was nice and very needed as it gets hot there. The owner was really nice and you could book all their tours through there. They also have a walking tour which was very nice. It was also quite a social hostel, with lots of places to sit. It was very close to everything but located in a quiet street. Each bed had a very small drawer that you could lock and also had their own socket.
