Decent location, short drive to Paihia, nice pool side rooms and view south across part of the harbour. Room was decent, good queen bed, kitchen has a stove, bathroom fine.
Absolutely first time staying there.. homely feel nice tidy clean love the pool .. staff awesome
Love the location - the view is so spectacular, Bonus of it all my children had the most amazing time - spa, the pool and the gaming lounge was a hit

New owner was lovely and I noticed improvements to the property since staying in Jan 2025. Studio was clean, very spacious for a couple and comfortable.
