Brilliant hotel. Ticked all the boxes. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was big and comfortable. Linens felt high quality. Strong pressure in the shower. Everything in the room was new and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to downtown Palmy. Plenty of food options nearby. Loved our stay.
REALLY COMFY BEDS. WELCOMING STAFF, GREAT LOCATION AND EASY CHECKIN AND DEPARETURE
Nothing better than a friendly welcome on a cold winter's night and a room all set up for our stay. Exceptional service from the lady on the front desk (thank you again) who had already turned on the heat pump for our arrival. The unit was immaculately clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
More than happy with everything, maybe the photo's didn't quite show how large the rooms really are but I understand it is hard to capture depth with a camera. Next time we're looking for accommodation in Palmy, Hacienda Motor Lodge will be the first call we make.
