Great facilities, great location. Love the spa - the pool is a very cold dip at this time of year! We really like staying here. I think this was our third or maybe fourth trip, and we'll be back.

Location , lake views (room dependant), cleanliness.

Everything in this property was clean & we had room service every morning for the last 4 days we have stayed here. The receptionist man is very helpful too we are on our last day here & he has made our stay here an awesome one he helped us from the start up until our last day which was meant to be today but we enjoyed it so we added one more night because of their services and how helpful and clean they are, we also got the first room to the right so the view looking at the beach in the morning when the sunrise is up until it sets was one of my highlights and it's just close to all the shops and walking distance too. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay visiting Taupo, definitely wont be my last time here i'll be back for sure with the rest of my family one day.

Arrived early due to an event we were attending and the room was ready which meant we could check in early. Room was clean, beds comfy and easy walk to town. Friendly staff who were willing to assist us.

Large dining table, great view, outside seating area, spa bath. Location was excellent. 2 min walk to town and restaurants.
