Cool place to stay. Great hosts. Was exactly as I thought it would be, great character. I thought it was fairly quiet, bearing in mind it's close to the main highway. Clean, warm and good location for me. Thanks.
It's like stepping back in time. Very comfortable and cozy. The hosts were delightful and provided recommendations for local restaurants and such.
Very kind owner let us in for late night arrival, showed us everything. Place was SO beautiful, and felt like we had to ourselves. Bathrooms were always open and available, felt like private baths. Highly recommend. This unique and stunning property. Very low price for what you get.
The hotel is warm, welcoming and comfortable, cosy even. Informal with an old fashioned feel, more like a guest house. The location is very quiet and there's no dining in so if you need a meal, eat before you come. I stay in many hotels around the world, few I would bother to return to. This one I did.
You can't judge a book by its cover! The inside of this historic hotel was charming, comfortable and quiet. The host gave my friend and me private rooms even though we booked a shared room because we were to get only guests in the hotel. She was very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend - especially if you like historic buildings.
