Loved the atmosphere, location and view from the dorm room. Great value.
Mountain View Backpackers hostel was really lovely in terms of location, price, and brightness. It is clear the sense of community around the hostel is really strong and positive overall. Although I only stayed there one night, I saw there was a lot of nice socializing in a non-party way and nice touches like herb gardens and an open kitchen. Great option at a good price.
The front desk team was amazing and the kitchen with a lot of stuffs to use
Good location to the town n many food trucks around The bathroom n shower room were quite clean, the staff was very helpful n friendly: Me and my friend needed to leave early for a hike, but we had a fish that needed to stay in the fridge before we back to Christchurch, staff was very kind to let us ..
Only stayed one night. Good vibe, place was clean enough, had all the necessities, parking was simple and check-in was easy.
