Location location location!
Beautiful views of the water and outdoor BBQ and front deck with hammock to relax overlooking the ocean.
We did book for 4 adults, but it's only 1 bedroom and one sofa bed in the living area so felt a bit cramped. But for 2 adults and 2 kids the space would be fine.
Stunning view from upstairs. Great location. The building has great character.
Sea view and close proximity to restaurants and cafes.

Great property located directly on the beach. Staff were friendly, rooms were adorable and had literally everything you needed, lots of hang out areas on the deck. The bed was comfortable and felt new
We had a beautiful little room with a view of the ocean just a few steps away from the best fish and chips in all New Zealand. Truly paradise found. We will definitely be back.
