The girl at check in was busy but she did her best to get through the long line and also phone calls she did an awesome job under pressure. We had an Edit room facing the sky tower (as per request) to see the Matariki look for the sky tower for the night. Location was really good 1 min walk to Woolworths and 3 min walk to Sky city. Shower had good pressure room was really big with 180 degrees windows to the city loved it. We also liked the late checkout as request. We didnt use any other facilities. I thought for Matariki weekend the rooms will be expensive but i thought they had reasonable pricing for that weekend!

Good location. Easy walk to Skylink bus to airport as well as the central business district. Good bed, our upgraded room on 14th floor had 2 comfy chairs and a mini kitchenette. Nice breakfast.

Good location. Close to shops, wharf, sky tower, and restaurants. Staff polite and professional.

Super location, very clean room. Front Desk is usually staffed by a single person, so there's a wait sometimes. Staff was very helpful when you get to the front of the line.

We asked for a room high up, and we got the top floor!
