Rustic accommodation in a rugged area with stunning scenery. Vikki and Gerard are warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. Arrived in a rain storm and they had some DVDs available. The bed was very comfortable. There is a well-supplied kitchen if you want to cook. Thank you Vikki and Gerard for directing us to Cave Stream and Castle Hill. We really enjoyed both areas.

Loved the hospitality, and enjoyed getting to know other guests in the shared common areas (kitchen and sitting room). Location was perfect, just a short drive from Arthur’s Pass and a variety of amazing hikes.
An awesome stay! Great hosts who really go the extra effort to create a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and the common areas were very clean and functional.
In a truly rural rugged location it provided a clean comfortable nights stay at a very affordable price. It had a common kitchen area with everything one would need.
