The location is fantastic! Sunday morning there is a market just a short walk away with lots of yummy food stalls. There are the heated pools across the road and of course the ocean, not forgetting mini golf a few minutes walk away. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and boutique shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.
Location was convenient to gym and morning walk. Close proximity to restaurant. Breakfast was top class. Service was great.
Check in / check out was really quick, the staff were lovely. Location was great! Coffee was fantastic in restaurant!
Our first time in Napier and we had such short yet wonderful stay in Scenic Hotel Te Pania, everything is what we hoped for, big thanks to the FOH team who gave us a room upgrade with a nice seaview on the 5th floor. Also.. a late check-out request was considered by the team on a reasonable time. Parking is easy, and we didnt face any issues. Wifi is decently fast for our needs. And the property is just a walkable distance to most of the points of interest to visit. The reception also gave us a map which comes handy and some great tips where to dine apart from the in-house cafe/resto which is helpful.

Restaurant was very good, but some of the food seemed over-salted.
