The hotel is located just 5-7mins walk from downtown and right after you step out of the main gate, you're greeted with the best view in Tromso, with the majestic mountains in the background, the harbor, and the Tromso Cathedral and it's absolutely stunning!
The rooms are clean, there's hot and cold water available 24 hours, there's a shared living space and kitchen and the hotel arranges tours as well in Tromso! Inside the room there's an information log with all the useful numbers listed including the taxi service and it was a life saver for me on the day of departure!
The staffs are available either at the 'lobby' or anytime over phone.
There are washrooms separate for men and women and this was a bliss! Overall, very pleasant stay.
Easy to access. Close to bus stop. Walking distance from city center.
Northern Light Tour was great.
Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are always available. You can use the kitchen to cook.
The location was perfect specially on a winter night as you can see the northern lights(main ourpose of pur trip) right outside the hotel.. fireworks all the way fro fjellheisen can be seen in the window of the hotel
Clean room, relatively quiet. There's free tea, coffee and hot choc at the lounge. Staff are quite friendly.
