A nice welcome and very helpful staff. Room was small but did not bother. The room had a fridge and water boiler which was a positive surprise. Breakfast was excellent with local food. Nice place with many lounges were you could relax both inside and outside. Free parking was a plus. Short drive to Trollstigen, Geiranger and other scenic places.
Very cute place - we only spent one night here on the way from Geiranger to Alesund, but it was comfortable, the staff was nice and we enjoyed being able to walk to the water. We didn't eat at the restaurant onsite but it looked amazing and I wish we had more time to appreciate the garden. The breakfast provided was pretty good too.
So historic and cozy.
The use of the yard out back to relax was amazing.
