Many things are good, except my feeling that hotel has lack of staff (reception, cleaning, restaurant) and premises are dated. Otherwise big thank you for free room upgrate!!! Good that it is possible to use (for free) beach and swimming pools facilities of sister hotel, Al Hamra Residence, it is just opposite the road (you can use Al Hamra Village hotel golf car or just have a 5 - 7 minutes walk). Frisky Fox bar at Al Hamra Village hotel is good with nice food (try their grill selection dishes!), drinks, shisha and live show are also good there. Swimming pool is very cool and refreshing in summer heat, thank you! Landscaping and gardening works are done with perfect taste and are taken good care of, greenery is amazing as per my opinion. Breakfast restaurant has great (!) variety of dishes, all cooked nicely! In general, I liked the atmosphere in your hotel so much, thank you!
