Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the staff at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection were nothing short of amazing. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Special thanks to GM Mr. Khalid Saeed and Ms. Raneem for their exceptional treatment, which made my stay truly unforgettable.
It was the greatest stay , MR Mohsen from concierge and the reception that make me C, out all of them will never forget-them
Wonderful beds, rooms and overall property is clean.
Location - breakfast was improved from 6 month ago , salmon was served as much as you want , staff where really wise and try to remember what the guest had the day before do they could help better . Towels were changed to new ones because were getting old . Secirity more alert , Libby man more polite and always opens the door for you .
