we stayed on the second floor and the accommodation in Hyatt is truly amazing - very comfortable, spacious and clean but their customer service is almost not acceptable particularly for a country like Dubai
Their customer service is almost not acceptable particularly for a country like Dubai. Very weak at resolving customer issue, very weak attention to detail. I was checked in as a different customer even though they had my passport. When I realised the and raised it with them they just refunded me the extra I was charged and did not apologise (I told them I was very upset about the whole issue and they asked why?)
