The villa is part of a residential community, so it felt safer. It was closer to the beach and not too far from the city. Eveything was a 10-15 minute drive in general. It was a spacious villa and had all the utensils and other stuff that we needed. The TV was working fine as well.

It was spacious and rooms and facilities were clean! View was also amazing.

"We had a fantastic stay at this sea-view apartment in Ras Al Khaimah. The location was perfect, with the pool nearby, a five-minute walk to the beach, and parking right at the gate, making everything very convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, including a washing machine. Though daily cleaning wasn’t provided, they kindly took out the trash on the second day, free of charge, and provided complimentary towels. A big thank you to Mian Shahbaz, who took care of every small detail and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. His help truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for families!"

It was very well maintained. The furniture and ambience was very relaxing.
