A daily deposit of AED 300.00 applies until 30/09/2025, and AED 500.00 from 01/10/2025 to 02/01/2026, payable upon check-in in cash or as a credit card guarantee. The deposit covers incidental charges during the stay. If provided via credit card, the amount will be held as a pre-authorization and automatically released after check-out, subject to the bank’s processing time. Cash deposits are refunded upon departure, provided no incidental charges have been incurred.

Pets are allowed in hotel rooms, hotel apartments, and designated common areas in the building. The pet must weigh 20 pounds or 9.1 kg or less. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, or by the pool, and may not be left unattended in guestrooms, except for certified service dogs as per Dubai Municipality regulations.

A refundable deposit of AED 1000.00 is required upon check-in for guests staying with pets. For stays shorter than 2 weeks, a cleaning fee of AED 500.00 per room per pet applies. For stays over 2 weeks and under 30 days, the cleaning fee is AED 1000.00 per room per pet.

The city tax is indicated per room. The city tax for a 3-room category will be AED 120.00 per night.

For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
