Good bed and clean quality linen
The room was fine, with clean good bedding and adequate facilities, except for one basic - hot water. We contacted reception and the maintenance engineer promptly arrived; it was a known problem on the 3rd floor, resolved by laying the shower head on the floor and running the hot water for 10-15 minutes, which eventually comes through. However, this did not resolve the problem and had to be repeated every time hot water was required. We again reported this in the morning and agreed if it could not be resolved we were transferred to another functioning room. This did not happen, and we were left with the same problem for our second day. Very poor customer service.
