This charming and authentic hotel is a lovely throwback to traditional architecture. It is situated in a lively neighborhood near cafes, restaurants and souq. The breakfast is simple but delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the place is a perfect blend of historic charm and comfort.

Location, location, location. Nizwa downtown at your doorsteps. The perfect start to explore Nizwa or rest after coming back to relax from an exhausting day trip. The Arabic breakfast was much better than I expected and had experienced elsewhere. The pool does have a good size to relax or even swim in. The personell was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, Ahmed at the reception was very helpful! He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nizwa!

Every thing was good and great to stay in old house more than 300 years and feel old life and in the market. Car park available and swimming pool was very good. We are family and they give me two rooms. Great service I received. All the best and it is recommended for all to feel this life

We stayed 2 nights end of April. A great location - close to Nizwa fort. The history of the property is over 300 years old and has been renovated. the room was clean...enjoyed the swimming pool, but several of the chaise lounge chairs were broken. the staff at the front desk very helpful with arranging our golf cart tour around town. Plenty of parking spaces. This location easy driving to other sites, Jibreen Castle, Bahla Fort. A great experience -
