The property is not new anymore, but it is clean and spacious, so we ignore the toll of the dust and sand and focused on the large space and very comfy beds. The staff was there for us all the time and hot water for the shower was excellent. There was gas to cook our breakfast and boil our coffe !!! Thank you Simona

After a very long journey from Muscat to Duqm, when you enter into a place which immediately feels like home has to be one of the most comforting feelings one could ask for. For a business traveler like myself, to enter into a place that was stacked with all the necessities just made me sleep like a baby after a tiring day, :)

It was a convenient place for us for the night at al Duqum, very quite area with an elevator, we easily got in and out and the overall experience was great for the family, its certainly a safe pick if you need some place to stay for the night.

Новые апартаменты, на окраине города. Рядом стройка других корпусов комплекса. Шума ночью не слышно. На кухне есть холодильник, посуда, чайник, стиральная машина, микроволновка. Удобные кровати, просторные комнаты.
