Value for money, friendly staff, convenient location.

The host Sam was one of the most hospitable guys I've ever encountered while traveling. The location was perfect, the price was generous, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The place had a kitchen where you could cook or store food.

The property was right on the beach. It had a beautiful view when you walk outside. The weather was stormy during my stay, but I imagine that if it wasn’t as windy and rainy, the beach would’ve been a beautiful place to hang out during the day. Sam was an amazing host. He did his best to make sure that I knew where everything was. He even offered me a ride. He introduced me to some of his friends. Sam is an excellent host and wanted me to have the best time while I was in Rarotonga.

Sam went out of his way to welcome us to the Cook Islands, to show us around and make sure we were comfortable and happy. What more could you ask for? The rooms are simple & great for the price. The property is on the water, about a half hour walk into the main part of town (Muri Lagoon). It was nice to meet other travellers in the kitchen as well.
